In response to the soaring summer temperatures, the Viksit Bharat Foundation has stepped forward with a humanitarian initiative to support animal welfare. The organization donated 15 high-speed fans to the Kamdhenu Dham Gaushala, located in Krishna Chowk, Gurugram, to help improve the living conditions of the cows during the extreme heat. The initiative was led by Viksit Bharat Foundation Chairman, Dharmendra Jain, who emphasized the importance of caring for voiceless beings, especially in adverse weather conditions. By donating fans to the Gaushala, Viksit Bharat Foundation is not only providing comfort to the cows during the scorching heat but also setting an inspiring example of compassion and community support.
To raise awareness about the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao scheme and other related government programs, Viksit Bharat Foundation organized a seminar at the Government Girls Inter College, Thal, Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. About 350 girls and teachers enthusiastically participated in the event. The focus was primarily on eliminating gender biased sex selection, ensuring the existence and safety of girls, guaranteeing education for girls, protecting them from exploitation, and making them aware of right and wrong. The Viksit Bharat Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to continuing such awareness programs across the country, working towards a future where every girl is valued.
In the picturesque town of Pithoragarh, nestled in the majestic hills of Uttarakhand, a remarkable transformation is taking place. Spearheaded by the Viksit Bharat Foundation, the initiative has brought together the local community in an inspiring movement that is changing the face of sanitation and cleanliness in the region. The Viksit Bharat Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to sustainable development and social welfare, took the mission to heart and adopted Pithoragarh as a focal point of their cleanliness drive. The local community needed to be the heart and soul of the initiative, and Viksit Bharat Foundation made sure that the villagers of Pithoragarh were not just bystanders but key contributors to this cleanliness revolution. Villagers, with broomsticks in hand, began clearing roads, removing plastic waste.
Through door-to-door campaigns, workshops, and community gatherings, they educated the villagers about the long-term benefits of cleanliness. The foundation also distributed cleanliness kits… and for school children the edible items included basic yet essential staples such as energy bars, fruits, and fortified snacks. Today, the results of this massive collective effort are evident. The streets of Pithoragarh are cleaner, the environment is healthier, and the villagers themselves are more aware of the importance of sanitation. The Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan event organized by the Viksit Bharat Foundation in Pithoragarh is a testament to the power of community-driven change.
Viksit Bharat Foundation is dedicated to empowering communities, ensuring welfare, and promoting sustainability across India.
