A visionary social reformer and humanitarian, Mr. Dharmendra Jain founded VBF with the belief that true progress begins at the grassroots. With years of experience in community development, animal welfare, and rural upliftment, he leads with passion, empathy, and a hands-on approach. His leadership inspires change across diverse regions and sectors.
