Logistical Support

Our logistics network includes transportation vehicles for relief distribution, mobile medical vans, and on-site storage units for supplies like food, medicines, clothes, and educational materials.

Project Sites & Field Units

We have active on-ground project sites and temporary field offices in rural and urban areas where our social work is being carried out. These include: Community education centers , Animal rescue shelters , Health camp locations , Relief and rehabilitation sites

Head Office

Our central administrative office is equipped with the necessary facilities for planning, coordination, communication, and monitoring of all our nationwide programs. It also serves as the hub for donor relations, finance, and documentation.

People Behind The Mission

Volunteers & Interns

We have a strong and growing network of volunteers and student interns who contribute their time and skills in various domains such as event organization, teaching, outreach, and rescue operations. We believe in youth participation and regularly onboard passionate individuals through structured volunteer programs.

Field Staff & Program Officers

Our on-ground teams are the heart of our operations. These trained individuals work directly with beneficiaries, conduct surveys, implement programs, and provide real-time feedback for improvement.

Support Staff

Our day-to-day operations are supported by skilled administrative personnel, drivers, caretakers, & technical staff who ensure smooth execution of tasks across all locations.

Leadership & Management Team

Under the leadership of Director Dharmendra Jain, our management team comprises professionals with expertise in social work, public health, animal welfare, project management, finance, and education. They are responsible for strategy, planning, and execution of all our programs.

Specialists & Consultants

Depending on the project, we collaborate with subject matter experts, including doctors, veterinarians, educators, legal advisors, and environmental consultants to deliver high-quality services to those in need.

Capacity Building & Training

We invest in regular training, workshops, and capacity-building programs for both staff and volunteers to enhance their skills, ensure safety standards, and align them with the foundation’s goals. This includes training in:

Community engagement.
First aid and emergency response.
Child protection and gender sensitivity.
Animal handling and care.
Monitoring & evaluation practices.
